Fashion Show Benefit

On April 22, 2012 we will hold our very first Fashion Show and Luncheon to benefit KIIDS. We are asking for your help to make this event a success. If you were unable to attend our fundraisers in previous years, I encourage you to try to attend this year. It is a wonderful time and YOU and your family deserve it. We have easily sold out our fundraisers over the past several years so I advise you to get your tickets early. We would love to see all of our KIIDS families with us this year. AUCTION BASKETS: There will be a Basket Auction at the Fashion Show. We are need of donations for the baskets. You can either donate a themed basket with a value of approximately $50 (dinner and a movie, family Blockbuster Night, Day of Beauty, etc.) or solicit full baskets or items from local businesses. If you know of family members who cannot make the event but want to contribute, you might ask them to donate a basket. This is a copy of the donation letter for the Chinese auction. You may personalize this letter to solicit donations. Please contact Terri Bank at terri@kiids.info for more information or if you need KIIDS letterhead and envelopes.

PROGRAM ADS: Sell ads for the fashion show program. This is a copy of the ad form and ad cover letter used to sell ads. A good place to start is by asking any therapists or groups that service special needs children. Our kids are how they make their money and by purchasing an ad in our program they are reaching their target audience. But don't limit yourself to groups that service children with special needs. Many local businesses and community members would love to support our organization but are unable to sponsor the event. This is an inexpensive way to support our local organization. CORPORATE SPONSORS: We are looking for corporate sponsors to help subsidize the expenses of the benefit. Here is a sponsor's cover letter and corporate sponsor's packet which includes a sponsorship form. You can ask your employers, friends or family with businesses or any other contacts you may have to sponsor the event. It is tax deductible and a great way them to advertise. For this event to be a success we need everyone's help!!! The proceeds for this event will be used to hold our social and speaker events. Our little group is growing rapidly and the more families we service the more funds are needed. Please get involved.
